The Certified Project Management Associate (CPMA) course aims to develop the client's knowledge and skills on project management, with the use of various tools and techniques on several processes. The course focuses on the waterfall framework that is based on initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing of projects. However, a sufficient presentation and discussion of Agile Kanban and Agile Scrum (including the use of MS Planner and Trello) are provided to the benefit of the participants.

CPMA-15. Demonstrate servant leadership.
1. The participants must have a windows-computer (laptop and desktop). Demo software will be provided to the participants during training.
2. The participants must install ZOOM and Google Chat (also available in mobile phones).
3. The participants must commit to attending the whole class and submitting all the competency requirements of the class.
4. The participants must demonstrate excellence and must fully participate. Participants must be courteous at all times.
