The course includes analyses of project factors, including calculation of proponent financial ratios, socioeconomic considerations, benefits simulations, viability metrics calculation and risk analysis, forecasting and project recommendations. The course includes discussion of actual cases on projects and associated investments.

The certification is awarded to the successful participants after successful training and assessments, but the certification remains a property of the Nievgen Management Consultancy.
