Permission to use information for training purposes.

Nievgen collects information for the following purposes:

(1) training management,

(2) certification records purposes and

(3) certificate delivery services,

(4) classes are recorded as part of performance assessment and for learner's review.

In enrolling, you agree that you allow Nievgen to only keep information for the stated purposes. You are also reminded that removal of information on our system requires you to email us at compliance@nievgen.com or at registration@nievgen.com.

Information to be shared to certificate delivery company.

In enrolling, you are allowing Nievgen to store information on database for training management and certification records and you allow Nievgen to provide your information to JTexpress, LBC or similar certificate courier services (so we can deliver your certificates).

DO NOT ENROLL IF YOU HAVE PRIVACY CONCERNS OR ISSUES.

Comply with Requirements.

The courses has the following requirements:

(1) your camera must be on at all times except for breaks;

(2) you must have laptop or desktop to use;

(3) demonstrate excellence in works and good behaviors;

(4) must attend 100% of the classes or re-attend the missed session on next batch for free.

Payment requirements and instructions.

Nievgen (company and employees) collects and keeps minimum personal information from enrollees for the purposes of class administration, lecture/training recording, performance review/assessment, certificate dissemination, distribution and delivery to residences or offices. Our classes are recorded and trainees' activities and data are also recorded. Class pictures, as evidences of the training workshop are collected and posted also on our social media sites and websites. We also provide the courier (LBC, JTExpress and others) with your information so they can deliver the certificate to the address that your are going to provide us. In ENROLLMENT and PAYMENT, you allow NIEVGEN and the people of NIEVGEN to collect and process your information for purposes mentioned above.
