The Certified Project Management Associate (CPMA) aims to provide participants with the basic to intermediate knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in coordinating projects, including supporting the project manager and senior project manager in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring controlling and closing projects.

Duration:                       16 Hours

Sessions:                      Four (4) Days x 4 Hours/Day

Competencies:              CPMA-01. Understand project governance.
                                      CPMA-02. Initiate project.
                                      CPMA-03. Develop a scope management plan.
                                      CPMA-04. Develop a project schedule.
                                      CPMA-05. Create Gantt charts using MS Excel.
                                      CPMA-06. Develop a cost management plan.
                                      CPMA-07. Create project monitoring charts.
                                      CPMA-08. Develop and motivate the project team.
                                      CPMA-09. Understand the PMI Code of Ethics.
                                      CPMA-10. Complete the certification requirements.
                                      CPMA-11. Use GanttProject in scheduling.
                                      CPMA-12. Manage stakeholders.

Requirements:               To pass the certification process,
                                      the CPMA candidate must:
                                      1. Attend 100% of the courses.
                                      2. Participate fully on the course activities.
                                      3. Collaborate with the team during class activities.
                                      4. Answer four (4) multiple choice homeworks.
                                      5. Pass the final examination.
                                      6. Must have camera ON during sessions.
