The Certified New Product Introduction Engineer (NPIE) Course aims to provide the participants with the intermediate to advanced knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in technology transfer management and new product introduction, including the different mechanisms that ensures an organized and accurate transfer of technology.

NPIE-14. Integrate transfer teams.
NPIE-15. Perform facility readiness audit.
NPIE-16. Perform process and equipment readiness audit.
NPIE-17. Perform site certification process.
NPIE-18. Perform high volume manufacturing activities.
NPIE-19. Continuously improve technology, process, equipment and people.
NPIE-20. Effectively manage stakeholders.
NPIE-21. Understand lean and six sigma principles.
NPIE-22. Pass the NPIE final examination.

Requirements:              

To pass the certification process, the candidate must:
1. Attend 100% of the courses.
2. Participate fully on the course activities.
3. Collaborate with the team during class activities.
4. Answer ten (10) multiple choice homeworks and essays.
5. Pass the final examination and present six sigma project.
6. Must have camera ON during sessions.
7. Demonstrate good behaviors on sessions.

Certification:                 

The certification is awarded to the successful participants after successul training and assessments, but the certification remains a property of the Nievgen Management Consultancy.  The certification shall and may be revoked if the participant failed to
demonstrate decent or professional behaviors, as according to the Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics of Nievgen, after a complaint has been issued and and an investigation is completed by Nievgen Management Consultancy.  Nievgen deserves the full right to revoke the certification after due consideration of facts.
